Rates are subject to change. All tenants should refer to their rental agreements.  

KITCHEN HOURS PEAK (6am-6pm)

  • 4 hours - 120

  • 8 hours - 220

  • 12 hours - 300

KITCHEN HOURS OFF-PEAK (6pm-6am)

  • 4 hours - 80

  • 8 hours - 140

  • 12 hours - 180

Due to the demand of weekday peak kitchen hours schedules will be filled to best fill the entire day.

Kitchen rental rates include 24 hour access to the facility, chemicals, wifi, trash bags, dumpster use, paper towels, use of truck dock, and use of kitchen equipment: Double stack convection oven, 6 burner range with oven, 80 qt hobart mixer, & stainless steel tables.

Hand towels, gloves, hair nets, and other disposables are not included. However they can be purchased

through Capital Kitchens.

Tenants will need to provide their own smallwares, pots, pan, & small equipment.
